Create a running log of all responses with GPT-4 analysis. Include columns for concern category, urgency score, suggested actions, and response date. Use pivot tables to track trends over time.

When 10+ responses are collected, automatically create a comprehensive action plan in Notion with sections for each concern category, prioritized by urgency and frequency, including specific implementation steps and timeline.
