Create new Airtable records with fields for: Original Question, AI-Generated Answer, Discord Channel, Ask Date, Question Category (auto-tagged based on keywords), and Status (New/Reviewed/Published). Set up views to easily review answers before publishing and track the most common question categories.

Set up a secondary Zapier workflow that triggers when Airtable records are marked as 'Published'. This sends the refined FAQ answer back to Discord in a dedicated #faq-updates channel, mentioning the original questioner and providing a link to the full FAQ database.
