Automatically create a new GitHub issue in the appropriate repository with the Codex-generated analysis. Include proper labels, assign to relevant team members based on the component affected, and link back to the original Jira ticket.

Update the original Jira bug report with a link to the GitHub issue, change status to 'In Development', and add the technical analysis as an internal comment for the support team's reference.
